ECHO’s 2027 PAS attachment brings snow clearing to its multi-tool range

ECHO included a PAS snow-thrower attachment in its August 27 announcement of its 2027 outdoor-equipment lineup. The attachment adds winter work to the company’s powerhead-and-attachment offering.

What the specifications say

ECHO lists a 12-inch clearing width, a 6-inch clearing depth, directional louvers and throwing distance of up to 25 feet. Its product page lists compatibility with gas and battery PAS powerheads. These are manufacturer specifications, not results from a Plow.news field test.

Where it fits into a route

For a crew already using PAS equipment, the useful question is where an attachment fits into the route. Compare the complete working setup, operator handling, access restrictions and time needed to change tasks. Ask for a demonstration on representative snow conditions rather than assuming maximum throwing distance describes every storm.

Confirm the exact powerhead and attachment combination, operating instructions, availability, warranty and complete price. The US announcement alone does not confirm Canadian dealer stock or Canadian pricing.
