Shopping WESTERN this season? Check the launch date, not just the badge

The 2025 Work Truck Week recap is useful context for equipment still promoted in 2026.

What the dated source says

WESTERN’s March 2025 show recap introduced equipment for the 2025–26 season, including the nine-foot PRO PLUS HD anniversary model and 30-inch PILE DRIVER and PILE DRIVER XL TRACE pushers. That is a dated launch record, not proof of a new September 2026 reveal.

Why dates affect buying

A current product can still be the right purchase. Knowing when a configuration was introduced helps a buyer ask better questions about revised parts, available manuals and whether a quote refers to current production or older inventory.

Compare the exact configuration

Record blade width, carrier compatibility, edge system, controls, installed equipment and warranty terms. Ask for model and serial identifiers on any in-stock unit. A familiar product name alone does not establish that two dealer quotes describe the same equipment.

Our reporting rule

We label launch announcements by their source date. Trade-show attendance, a new video upload or a refreshed product page is not enough to call an existing machine a newly launched product.
